          Developed by Dr. JoAnn Harris-Bowlsbey, this signature program covers the core competencies of career development and a range of current best practices. As an International Association of Career Advisors (IACA) Certified Course Provider, we hold our curricula to the highest standard.

          Two formats, designed to fit your needs.

          Choose the 10-hour Essentials e-learning course where you’ll learn the basic skills and knowledge to deliver career development services OR choose the 30-hour Advanced course to receive IACA Career Advisor Certification.

          The Advanced course is offered in two formats; the hybrid online course (with six hours of web conference time) Or an entirely face-to-face course where we bring the course to you! Both options are led by GCDF-I trainers.

          Offers a richer understanding of the Kuder Career Planning System

          Each course covers the Kuder Career Planning System in-depth to help practitioners understand and define the role of technology-based systems in delivering career planning services and interpreting career assessments for students and adults.

          CAT: Essentials

          • No prerequisites.
          • Entirely online, self-directed and self-paced.
          • Four modules can be completed in 10 hours or less.

          CAT: Advanced

          • No prerequisites.
          • Ongoing instructor support, assignments, and discussions.
